07 April 2020The two girls did not cross the road on the strips and emerged from the dark. It was difficult to see them, especially for a car that ran. This is the result of the advice of the public prosecutor's expert on the accident in which, in the night between 21 and 22 December last, the sixteen year olds Gaia Von Freymann and Camilla Romagnoli lost their lives in Rome. To overwhelm them, on Corso Francia, a major artery north of the city, Pietro Genovese, twenty-year-old son of the director Paolo.

The report reached the prosecutors confirms the speed, but also speaks of guilt contest. Obviously it will be necessary to clarify in what percentage, also on the basis of the calculations and the expertise on the medium. Because, this is the thesis of the prosecutors, the accident could still have been avoided if the car had gone slowly and if Genovese had not drunk. But the advice could ease the position on trial (and therefore the future punishment) of the boy who, since December 26, is under house arrest on charges of double murder: the rate of alcohol in his blood was above limits (it was even that of drugs but was not contested because it cannot be said for sure if he had hired them that night).
