This was reported by TASS with reference to the post of Miroshnik in his Telegram channel.

“If two weeks ago the representative of the Armed Forces of Ukraine even arranged four proposed sites instead of three and it was necessary to specify the details and coordinates, then at this meeting the representative of Kiev proposed two more new sites and refused to discuss the specifics of the previously practically agreed upon,” he wrote.

On March 26, Boris Gryzlov, Russia's plenipotentiary in the Donbass settlement contact group, said at the end of the next negotiations that Kiev had disrupted the coordination of new divisions of forces in the region and refused to take additional ceasefire measures.
