“Over the past day, five patients with confirmed coronavirus have died. In total, eight people died, ”the headquarters said in a Telegram channel.
They noted that in the Moscow Region per day, 82 new cases of coronavirus infection were detected, the total number of cases recorded in the region was 387.
As of April 6, there were 954 new cases of COVID-19 infection detected in Russia per day, the total number in the country reached 6343.
New cases were reported in 49 Russian regions, most of all in Moscow (591) and Moscow Region (82).
