Traveling with Blekinge traffic continues to decrease as a result of the restrictions on traveling less collectively in the corona pandemic. During the past week there have been 70 percent fewer travelers than normal, something that P4 Blekinge has noticed.
Rasmus Månsson, marketer at Blekinge traffic, believes that there are explanatory statistics when more and more people work from home, even students plug in remotely.
But despite the loss in the number of travelers, Blekingetrafiken has no plans to reduce the number of journeys offered in the county. Fewer departures had led to more congestion on board, which one wants to try to avoid.
- It is important that those who need to get to their jobs can travel with us. That's why we drive traffic just as usual, says Rasmus Månsson.
