“US Citizens in Russia: The Department of State arranged special charter flights for US citizens and, subject to availability, for holders of a Permanent Residence Permit in the USA (LPR). We expect flights to depart from Moscow on the morning of April 9, ”she wrote.

Along with this, Ross noted that these flights are not direct, but with a change in London, and from there they will be sent "to one of the six US cities."
