According to Article 31 of the Law on Communicable Diseases Control, an injured person or suspected of being injured is prohibited from traveling and moving unless after the approval of the Ministry of Health, Community Protection and the health authority, and he is punished with imprisonment and a fine of no less than 10 thousand dirhams and not more than 50 thousand dirhams, or one of them, in case of violation The law, according to Article 38.
