She pointed out that the law obligated the managers of the institutions and their owners, in case of suspicion that one of their employees was infected with any of the communicable diseases, transfer them to health authorities, inform the Ministry of Health and Community Protection, isolate the injured and those who had contact with him from the employees, and quarantine it, and it may not be returned to work without a decision from The health authority, according to Article (12) of the law.
According to Article 31 of the Law on Communicable Diseases Control, an injured person or suspected of being injured is prohibited from traveling and moving unless after the approval of the Ministry of Health, Community Protection and the health authority, and he is punished with imprisonment and a fine of no less than 10 thousand dirhams and not more than 50 thousand dirhams, or one of them, in case of violation The law, according to Article 38.
