The Council also approved the issuance of a federal law on mental health, which was updated to keep pace with developments in the field of mental health and modern concepts, so that it takes into account the patient's psychological rights and the requirements of providing the appropriate health service according to his needs and circumstances, while emphasizing the importance of these services being in accordance with the best health standards that It applies to practitioners of the profession or health facilities that provide these services, as well as other agencies that deal with the psychological patient.

The Council approved the issuance of the Cabinet’s decision on the executive regulations of the Federal Law in the matter of private health facilities, with the aim of raising the level of services provided in the country to the best levels and in accordance with internationally accepted standards, and strengthening the commitment of health facilities and organizing their work and raising the level of their services, as the regulation unifies the regulatory rules for all Private health facilities in the state, and strengthening supervision over them thanks to the detailed provisions it contains and related to several aspects of these facilities activity.

The Council reviewed the request of the Federal National Council to agree to discuss the topic of "family cohesion and its role in achieving sustainable social development".
