The gendarmes of Loire-Atlantique are increasing the checks this weekend, which marks the start of the school holidays in zone C, to enforce the rules of confinement. But some drivers are obviously not doing it. On their Facebook page, the gendarmes thus addressed a "red card" to a motorist intercepted on Saturday in the department.

Originally from Redon (Ille-et-Vilaine), the 30-year-old has multiplied the offenses. Flashed at 153 km on the RN 137, an axis yet limited to 110, he drove without a driving license and with an alcohol level of more than one gram per liter of blood. Two minors, including a 4-year-old child, were also on board the vehicle. After refusing to submit to a first check, the motorist was finally intercepted by the gendarmes of the Nozay motorized platoon (Loire-Atlantique).

He flees the family home after an argument

To make matters worse for him, the individual also did not have with him his derogatory travel certificate. According to Ouest-France , he explained to the gendarmes that he had left the family home after an argument with his partner and that he intended to go to Angers. While awaiting possible legal proceedings, his vehicle was immobilized.
