“On April 4 at 22:00 a message was received about the killing of five people in the village of Elantyevka,” the press service of RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
It is clarified that a 32-year-old man is suspected of having shot three people in the entrance and two more in an apartment in a house.
“Previously, the incident occurred due to a domestic conflict,” the Interior Ministry added.
The case materials were transferred to the Investigative Committee, the motives of the detainee’s action are being clarified.
