They clash over the wall that separates their terraces - Fabien Lévi

Since the start of confinement, it has not been easy for some athletes to continue training. On March 22, in Castelnau-le-Lez, in Hérault, a running enthusiast had, for example, completed a marathon on his balcony, for a good cause. On March 29, another Héraultais had made the same performance, in his garden.

Fabien Lévi, a tennis teacher from Montpellier, has adapted one of his favorite disciplines, padel, to containment measures: this Montpellier resident works his backhand with his neighbor, over the wall that separates their terraces.

"I found myself unemployed"

“Overnight, I found myself unemployed because all the tennis clubs had to close in mid-March because of the Covid-19 health crisis, says Fabien Lévi at 20 Minutes . As for my neighbor, he had to telework from home all day. In solidarity, I offered her racket, tennis and padel sports sessions, while respecting the rules of confinement, sanitary barriers and instructions. "

Fabien Lévi has also published several videos, where he thanks, through his passion, racket sports. Through the online tennis lessons it offers, the Montpellier resident has set up special offers for nursing staff, and donates part of the proceeds to an association which is committed to the fight against Covid-19.
