Ingredients
3 beautiful shrimps
2 tablespoons julienned red and green peppers
1 tablespoon carrot, sliced
1 tablespoon Granny apple in sticks
1 tablespoon zucchini wedges
1 tablespoon sliced new onions
1/2 lime
Olive oil, basil, coconut milk, turmeric, salt, pepper
The recipe steps
In a hot pan with a spoon of olive oil, I gently fry my prawns, season with salt and pepper.
I add my vegetables (except basil, Granny and cive).
I pour two teaspoons of turmeric and I add three tablespoons of coconut milk, I let it boil and I pour a tablespoon of water.
Finally I pour the Granny, the cive and the basil.
I mix very quickly without cooking and I prepare my dish harmoniously.
