Fried shrimp with coconut milk and basil

Ingredients

3 beautiful shrimps

2 tablespoons julienned red and green peppers

1 tablespoon carrot, sliced

1 tablespoon Granny apple in sticks

1 tablespoon zucchini wedges

1 tablespoon sliced ​​new onions

1/2 lime

Olive oil, basil, coconut milk, turmeric, salt, pepper

The recipe steps

In a hot pan with a spoon of olive oil, I gently fry my prawns, season with salt and pepper.

I add my vegetables (except basil, Granny and cive).

I pour two teaspoons of turmeric and I add three tablespoons of coconut milk, I let it boil and I pour a tablespoon of water.

Finally I pour the Granny, the cive and the basil.

I mix very quickly without cooking and I prepare my dish harmoniously.
