Producer Seppo Vesterinen, who has a long and international career in rock music, is dead, says Helsingin Sanomat. He was 72 when he died.
According to HS, Vesterinen died Thursday night at a hospital in Ekenäs due to a long-term illness. Death is confirmed by Vesterko Laakso, Vesterinen's long-time friend.
Vesterinen is best known as manager of The Rasmus and HIM, among others. He also served as manager of Hanoi Rocks.
