Earlier, the rock band Picnic announced that it would dedicate its performance on March 27 in St. Petersburg to the memory of the victims of the terrorist attack in Crocus. The funds collected will be sent to the victims and their families of the attack on the city hall near Moscow, the band said in a statement.
