At the Upper House plenary session, wearing a mask and disinfecting the new coronavirus April 3 11:43

In order to prevent the transmission of the new coronavirus, members of the House of Councilors will wear masks and disinfect their hands from March 3 in the Upper House.

At the House of Councilors plenary meeting held on the morning of March 3, a disinfectant solution was placed at the entrance of the parliament, and the guards called on lawmakers to disinfect their hands and fingers to prevent infection.

Most lawmakers wore masks and applied disinfectants to both hands and entered the parliament.

Some legislators did not wear a mask, but party leaders at their party instructed party officials to hand over the mask.

The ruling and opposition parties will not leave the National Assembly closed and will continue deliberations while taking measures to prevent infection.
