The victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries after being stabbed in the head with a knife by the suspected 42-year-old. Initially, three people were arrested as suspects for the attempted murder. But two were released and the 42-year-old has since been the only suspect.

On December 3, the victim then died as a result of his injuries and the crime classification changed to murder.

The prosecutor writes in the indictment that the knife-cut that the 42-year-old distributed to the victim "was so strong that the knife blade was broken from the shaft and stuck to the head". As evidence, the prosecutor cites both witnesses and telephone intercepted calls. According to the technical evidence, the 42-year-old should have the victim's DNA and blood from the victim under a nail.

42-year-old denies crime.
