Two Arab citizens and residents told «Emirates Today», the details of their transfer to the quarantine in a hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, after their return from outside the state, as a precautionary measure, stressing that the Ras Al Khaimah Police and the UAE Red Crescent and the Ministry of Health provided them with all health, food and entertainment services in order to preserve For their safety, and for the competent authorities to deal with and communicate daily with them, they contributed to a significant increase in their morale.

Mohammed Khamis Al-Shumaili, an emissary abroad to study medicine, said that he returned to the country with the students dispatched from abroad on March 19, and upon his return with his wife and three of his children, the necessary medical examinations were performed to ensure that they were not infected with the Corona virus.

He explained, that after 12 days his son's temperature rose and he was taken to the hospital for treatment, as the result was negative, and it was decided to transfer him to a hotel in quarantine as a precaution to protect our safety.

He pointed out that all services were provided to family members, and we lived in a family suite in a hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, where daily Ras Al Khaimah police and doctors in the Ministry of Health communicate with us to check on our health, and the Emirates Red Crescent has provided all the requirements for family members.

He added: The state has provided everything it has for our care and conducting a continuous medical examination to check on our health, and I give thanks and appreciation to the state for taking care of the citizen’s health and taking care of him wherever he is.

The citizen, Ahmed Abdullah, indicated that he was returning with the maid from outside the state, and they were received by the competent authorities and the necessary medical examinations were carried out and transferred to two separate hotels in quarantine as a precaution.

He added that in the quarantine on the third day, the result of the examination was negative, and that all procedures of the Ras Al Khaimah Police and the Ministry of Health were reassuring and raising the morale of the citizen, as they provided all food and health services since we arrived in the country and took us to the hotel.

Resident Wael Hamdi Masri stated that the state provided him with full care to maintain his safety, after receiving information about his contact with a person infected with Corona virus, pointing out that the relevant authorities, the Ministry of Health and Ras Al Khaimah Police contacted him, took a medical smear from him, and transferred him to one of the Hotels in Ras Al-Khaimah.

He explained that he had been sitting in the quarantine in the hotel for six days, and that the result of the examination was negative, and he is contacted daily by a specialist in the Ministry of Health, in addition to members of the community police to check on his safety, noting that the relevant authorities requested that he stay in the hotel for a period of 14 One day until he is assured of his safety.

The Somali Resident Ahmed Ali praised the procedures of Ras Al Khaimah Police and the Ministry of Health for his safety, and pointed out that he was contacted to conduct a medical examination and swab to make sure he was not infected with the Corona virus, as he had contact with a person infected with the virus in one of the regions of the country.

He added that he was transferred to the hotel for a quarantine period of 14 days, and that he was waiting for the result of the medical examination, and he continued that all services are available in the hotel, and that the competent authorities did not fail to care for him, as a doctor and a psychologist are sent daily to care for him and provide the necessary services for him.

He indicated that he receives health attention from the police and the Ministry of Health, and is contacted personally, thanking the leaders of the country that pays great attention to the health of the resident and provides him with full care.
