This is stated in the resolution of the Governor of Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov, published on the website of the regional government.

“To prohibit until May 1, 2020 the holding of sports, physical education, entertainment, public and other public events in the territory of the Moscow Region,” the document says.

In addition, citizens are not recommended to visit religious sites and make trips for tourism and recreation.

The decree also prescribes to suspend the provision of baths and saunas, dental services, restaurants, cafes, retail facilities, beauty salons, as well as cosmetic and massage rooms.

Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced the extension until May 1 of all restrictions in the city due to the spread of coronavirus infection.
