Displacement rules to curb the spread of coronavirus don't change. You can leave your home only in the cases already provided for by the decrees of the President of the Council of Ministers: for work, for reasons of absolute urgency or necessity and for health reasons. The Ministry of the Interior communicates this.

The circular of the Ministry of Interior of 31 March limited itself to clarifying some interpretative aspects on the basis of requests received by the Interior Ministry . In particular, it has been specified that the possibility of going out with minor children is allowed to a single parent to walk provided that this happens near his home and on the occasion of journeys motivated by situations of need or health. As regards motor activity, it was clarified that, without prejudice to the limitations indicated, walking is allowed only near one's home.

The circular reaffirmed that in any case it is not allowed to play games and outdoor recreation and that access to parks, villas, play areas and public gardens continues to be prohibited. Finally, the same circular reminded that in any case all movements are subject to a general prohibition of assembly and therefore to the obligation to respect the minimum safety distance. The rules and prohibitions on the movement of natural persons, therefore, remain the same, concludes the Interior Ministry.
