“According to the treatment algorithm, the patient is first examined by a doctor who decides whether it is possible to leave the person for treatment at home. The patient signs an informed consent that he undertakes not to leave the house. Photos of the patient are uploaded to the video surveillance base, ”RIA Novosti quoted her as saying.
Rakova said that in case of non-compliance with quarantine rules, the patient will be hospitalized without fail.
An algorithm for undergoing treatment at home was introduced in the capital on March 23.
Earlier it became known that citizens who arrived in Russia and are in quarantine will have to keep a health magazine on the Gosuslugi portal.
