Carlsson addresses a number of general advice to all businesses - government agencies, companies, municipalities and regions, associations and communities.

- Set up information, mark distance, re-furnish to create space. Hold digital meetings as far as possible. Avoid gathering in confined spaces and offer hand washing and hand spirit.

The general public is advised to be careful with hand hygiene, to keep distance - both indoors, outdoors and in public transport - and to avoid greater social contexts.

Avoid congestion

Public transport operators are urged by the Public Health Authority to drive to the extent necessary to avoid congestion.

- Setting departures to save resources is not acceptable, either at the local, regional or national level, says Carlsson.

In addition, operators are encouraged to review and limit the number of passengers per vehicle, and to provide information to passengers on how to reduce the spread of infection. Passengers are urged to avoid rush hour traffic as far as possible.

Limit the number of customers

The advice to trade - stores, department stores and shopping centers - is to limit the number of customers staying in the premises at the same time, and to develop alternative solutions for cash lines.

Associations are urged to postpone annual meetings and meetings to the greatest extent possible, or implement them digitally. As far as sports associations are concerned, it is, according to Johan Carlsson, "a little complicated".

- We want people to move outdoors, but there are special problems with sports that have close contact. This should be avoided as far as possible. We want people to postpone matches, he says.
