A six-week-old baby who could not be resuscitated after being hospitalized last weekend has died of coronavirus in Connecticut, New York's neighboring governor Ned Lamont said on Wednesday.

"Tests confirmed last night that the baby was Covid-19 positive. It breaks the heart. We believe he is one of the youngest people around the world to die from complications from Covid -19 ", added the governor to his Twitter account.
