According to the Lunar Exploration and WeChat public account of the Aerospace Engineering Center, the Chang'e 4 lander and the Yutu 2 lunar rover successfully completed the scientific exploration work for the tenth day of June, on March 31, respectively. The moon night setting was completed at 17:30 and 8:25, and entered the dormant period of the tenth June night.

During this month and day, the lander was in normal working condition, energy balance, payload neutron and radiation dose detector, low frequency radio frequency spectrum analyzer started up as planned, and the ground receiving scientific detection data was normal.

During the day of the sixteenth day of the month, the scientific payload carried by the Yutu 2 lunar rover was turned on normally, and science such as infrared imaging of the moon's surface, measurement of neutral atoms, and inspection of the lunar subsurface, lunar soil and lunar crust continued to be conducted task. "Yutu No. 2" lunar rover continues to move in the northwest direction of the lander according to the planned path of exploration. At present, the cumulative mileage traveled is 424.455 meters. Researchers will conduct scientific analysis of the detection data this night, and follow-up scientific results will be released in time.
