Attempted to commit sexual abuse on children - Teenage boy convicted

According to a witness, the children must have been in the Folktanvården's room when the abuse happened. The person did not see exactly what happened but both lay on the ground with their pants pulled off. The boy then exposed his erect genitalia.

The district court considers that the testimony of the witness is of great importance. The boy, who was then 15 years old, is sentenced to youth care. The boy refuses to the crime.
