He enumerated steps that civil society, including public benefit societies, must follow to counter rumors, including: building a base of national community cadres to keep up with technical development and employing them to contribute to addressing this scourge, launching an electronic platform to verify the reliability of information, and building a case of integration between the media platforms of associations Public benefit in a way that distributes tasks and roles in order to achieve the strategy to combat rumors.

He added: The relationship with the public and proactive dealing in facing crises must also be documented in coordination with government liaison offices as they are an effective tool to enhance direct communication with the community, as well as publishing the correct information regularly and at a rapid pace, so that it is not a hotbed for everyone who wanted to take advantage of the situation and create a state of non- Stability, as well as consolidating the pillars of the "united home" in the face of destructive rumors, by adhering to the established values ​​and traditions that foster loyalty and belonging to the homeland.
