Self-isolation mode introduced in Novosibirsk region

According to TASS, the regional governor Andrei Travnikov announced this at an extraordinary meeting of the government.

“The measures will enter into force from 20:00 (16:00 Moscow time) on March 31, 2020,” he said.

Earlier it became known that the regime of home self-isolation due to the pandemic of the coronavirus infection COVID-19, except for Moscow and the Moscow region, is introduced in 14 more Russian regions: Arkhangelsk, Lipetsk, Ryazan, Sverdlovsk, Ulyanovsk, Novgorod, Kaliningrad, Irkutsk, Vologda and Murmansk regions, as well as in Tatarstan, Mari Ele, Adygea and Yakutia.

According to the latest data, nine cases of coronavirus infection were detected in the Novosibirsk region.
