US President Donald Trump has extended restrictions to curb the Coruna outbreak, while his chief scientist has warned of a possible death of 200,000 people, while injuries in Spain have exceeded those in China and deaths in Belgium have reached more than 500.

US President Donald Trump has reassessed the timeframe for normalcy in his country, which has become the world's number one casualty country.

Trump said the United States hopes that the outbreak of the Corona virus will end largely by June 1, and the country is "on the road to recovery."

The president had previously said he was looking forward to a return to normal life in the country by mid-April.

Trump warned that the crisis in the United States, which has seen its number of injuries double in just two days, could deteriorate for some time. He said, "Estimates based on the (current) model indicate that the death rate will most likely peak in two weeks," announcing the extension of the Social Divergence Guidelines until April 30. "There will be nothing worse than declaring victory before it is achieved," he added.

Trump's remarks came after Doctor Anthony Fuchi, the US President's Epidemiological Adviser and infectious disease expert, warned that the virus could kill between 100,000 and 200,000 people in the United States and that millions could be infected.
