The man was arrested and arrested on Sunday after police found a deceased person in an apartment on Bjurhovda in Västerås and launched a preliminary investigation into murder. The investigation has grown since then and includes yet another lawsuit that the man must have abused and robbed, among other things.
- It is about two different events against two different people but possibly some people have connections to each other, more than I can not say, says Chamber Prosecutor Birgitta Fernlund who leads the investigation against the man.
The man refused the first interrogation. More are expected to be held tomorrow as Fernlund also plans to make the decision whether to arrest the man or not. He is suspected of the higher degree of suspicion.
Due to the risk of conflict, the investigation was moved from Västmanland's prosecutor's office to Gävles.
