- We are currently noticing a slightly higher rate of absence than usual and the situation is strained, but there is no shortage of employees, says Health and Care Director Magnus Johansson in a press release.
He also says that they have to plan for the worst and more temps are needed that can be ready. The Health and Care Office is now working to produce a shorter introduction so that new substitutes can be in place quickly.
It is primarily about recruiting people who have experience in the field, but other target groups may also be of interest.
