Then the recovery, but only partial. The Ftse Mib index marks –1.55% and around the point and a half percentage are London and Paris, while Frankfurt is limiting the damage to 0.62%.

In the list of Piazza Affari, banks are the most penalized securities after the request of the Central Bank of Europe to postpone the payment of dividends. So Unicredit is losing 8.02% and Intesa 6.26%.

Still signs of weakness come from oil. The North Sea Brent after hitting a 17-year low has partially risen to $ 26.17 a barrel.

On the government securities market, the spread with the German Bunds widens again to 192 basis points, while the yield of the BTP goes back to 1.45%.
