It is not a question here of preparing for the Olympic Games, which have been postponed for a year, but it is recommended to maintain one's body during this period of confinement. A program of exercise every other day should thus make it possible to maintain cardiac capacities and to strengthen the immune system.

Squats, Abs and "Jumping Jack"

To solicit the heart, it is not necessarily necessary to perform a long jog. At home, all you have to do is jump in the air, raising your arms several times in succession for at least ten minutes, an exercise known as "jumping jack".
