The head of the Department of Infectious Diseases Programs at the Abu Dhabi Center for Public Health confirmed the official spokesman for the Emirates Humanitarian City, Dr. Faisal Musleh Al-Ahbabi, that all laboratory tests carried out on citizens of sister and friendly countries who were evacuated from the Chinese province of Hubei, and is currently hosting them «Emirates Humanitarian City» in Abu Dhabi They are all negative and confirm that they are free of Corona virus.
He said that four laboratory tests were carried out for the UAE guests, who numbered 215, during the 14-day quarantine period, and their results were negative.
He added that 860 laboratory tests were conducted for the Emirates guests residing in its humanitarian city, in four stages, in addition to 153 tests for the medical staff and workers in the city in three stages, with a total of 1013 tests, all of which confirmed their safety.
He pointed out that the medical cadres in the city, who numbered 16 medical cadres, made great efforts that embodied a pioneering model in the national humanitarian work, confirming the consolidation of the values of giving and extending a helping hand and assistance to the people of the Emirates and the homeland of humanity. He said that the medical staff of doctors and nurses are all specialized in dealing with infectious diseases, to provide medical services to UAE guests around the clock.
