(Fighting New Coronary Pneumonia) 8 new confirmed imported cases in Guangzhou 4 cases involving flight ET606

China News Service, Guangzhou, March 28 (Cai Minjie) The Guangdong Provincial Health and Health Committee reported on the 28th that the province has reported 115 imported cases of new coronary pneumonia overseas. From 02:00 to 24:00 on the 27th, 11 newly confirmed cases were imported from the province, of which 8 were reported from Guangzhou (2 from Spain, the United States, and the United Kingdom, and 1 from the Congo (Kingdom) and Burkina Faso) .

According to the report of the Guangzhou Municipal Health and Health Committee, out of the 8 newly reported cases of new coronary pneumonia, 4 of them have taken the ET606 (Addis Ababa-Guangzhou) flight on different dates.

On the 27th, new cases of overseas imported confirmed cases involving flight ET606 in Guangzhou were as follows:

Case 1 was a 25-year-old female Li, a native of Gansu, China, and a British student. On March 18, Lee took EK026 from the United Kingdom to ET603 via Emirate to Ethiopia. On the 20th, he took flight ET606 (seat number 22F) from Ethiopia and arrived at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport on the 21st. The test results on that day were negative for New Coronavirus. On the 25th, the test result was positive for New Crown Virus nucleic acid. On the 26th, the results of the review were positive for New Crown Virus nucleic acid. On the 27th, after consultation with experts, a confirmed case of neo-coronary pneumonia was diagnosed.

Case 2 was a 47-year-old female Huang, a native of Hunan, China, who recently lived and worked in Burkina Faso. On March 21, Mr. Huang took flight ET936 from Burkina Faso and transferred to flight ET606 via Ethiopia (seat number 28J). He arrived at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport on the 23rd. Two new coronavirus nucleic acid tests were positive. After consultation with experts, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia.

Case 3 was a 25-year-old female named Liang, a native of Chongqing, China, and a British student. On March 24, Liang took ET701 from the United Kingdom to ET606 (seat number 42J) via Ethiopia and arrived at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport on the 26th. He has a history of exposure to confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia abroad. On the 27th, after consultation with experts, a confirmed case of neo-coronary pneumonia was diagnosed.

The case is a 44-year-old male of Congolese nationality who lives in the DRC and is engaged in clothing trade. On March 20, the patient took Flight ET840 from Congo (DRC) and transferred to Flight ET606 (seat 44B) via Ethiopia. He arrived at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport on the 21st. On the 22nd and 24th, the test results were all negative for New Crown Virus. On the 26th, the patient developed symptoms such as headache, fatigue, and fever. On the 27th, the test result was positive for New Coronavirus, and after consultation with experts, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case of New Coronary Pneumonia. (Finish)
