In return, the employer has the right to stipulate specific work hours to which the employee is bound remotely, and he has the right to cancel this system if the employee is in violation of the laws. The employer is also committed to ensuring equal treatment between employees working with this system, and those who work full-time in the workplace, as well as ensuring that those who work remotely have access to the necessary tools, and that they can participate in remote meetings and discussions.
The Ministry stated that the tele-education system achieves several goals, including creating job opportunities for unemployed citizens in remote areas, so that they are close to their homes, and also encourages employers to provide job opportunities for groups that are partly unemployed, or not fully exploited, and provides transportation costs Among the remote areas and large cities, as well as the costs of attracting citizens to work.
The Ministry has identified two types of remote work, which are partially remote work, as the employee can divide his work time between the main workplace and the remote workplace, in equal or different proportions, and this may be for days of the week, weeks per month, or months of the year , As for the work as a whole, it is for the jobs that can be performed completely outside the office, or at the workplace.
