It has happened in the Huesca town of Jaca. Toñi, confined alone at home, went out on the balcony to applaud a National Police patrol that was making a walking tour of her street.

Another neighbor, who also came out to applaud, told officers that it was the lady's birthday.

The police returned to the police station, where they picked up a tray of sweets that a bakery (Echeto) had delivered for the emergency services.

They returned, this time with the patrol car, and gave them to Toñi as a birthday gift. He received them from the balcony after an agent climbed onto the roof of the patrol car to reach them, while the residents of Ramiro Primero de Jaca street applauded and sang the "Happy Birthday".

Toñi thanked the police officers and their neighbors with a "thank you very much", promising that "when this happens we will have something to drink".

The moment was captured in a video that has gone viral on social networks.
