Munilla has been fined this Thursday by the San Sebastian Municipal Guard for driving in his vehicle with another person sitting in the passenger seat, which is a violation in the current state of alarm due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

As Europa Press has been able to confirm with sources from the Municipal Guard, the events occurred at mid-morning this Thursday at one of the routine checks carried out by the local police in the city.

The agents have stopped a vehicle in which two people were driving and whose driver was the San Sebastian prelate. Munilla's companion was traveling in the passenger seat and not in the rear, as the royal decree of the central government indicates, for which the Bishop has been fined 600 euros .
