Facing the challenges of the epidemic and the pressure of life, most migrant workers are worried about the prospect of migrant workers this year, accounting for 50.66%, especially those over 30 years old; engaged in construction, accommodation and catering, residential services and other services Worries about work are even more serious; but migrant workers at worksites in areas where the epidemic is not severe are generally better off, with more than 60% expressing no concern.

For this reason, the research report puts forward suggestions on returning to work for migrant workers, and believes that it is the foundation for migrant workers to improve their physical and mental health and professional skills. For example, by studying the law and related knowledge, raise awareness of law and rights protection; fully understand the terms of labor contracts signed with employers to avoid damage to legal rights and interests; actively respond and participate in various types of learning and training to improve labor skills and professional quality .

At present, policies have been issued from the central government to the local government, and every effort has been made to help migrant workers return to work and resume work, and actively clear the channels for migrant workers to return to work. But at the same time, it is also necessary to provide new employment opportunities to business workers who have been severely affected by the epidemic and improve the employment platform.

Enterprises that have particularly close relations with the migrant worker group need to effectively improve the welfare of migrant workers while obtaining various policy dividends. Specifically, it includes giving spiritual and material care after returning to work, giving material and spiritual support to housing, medical care, etc .; further popularizing social welfare; organizing training to improve skills, led by enterprises, and through external or collective training courses.
