“This past week, very good progress has been made in discussions with the Ukrainian authorities on a new agreement on expanded lending,” RIA Novosti quoted IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva.
It is noted that the promotion of negotiations will help the adoption of laws to improve the framework of bank rehabilitation and land reform.
Earlier it was reported that Ukraine could receive financial assistance from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in the amount of $ 10 billion.
