“The Kiev representatives disrupted the coordination of the power-sharing stations with the Donbass, which was agreed upon in the Norman format, and also refused to take additional ceasefire measures,” Trys quoted Gryzlov as saying.

He noted that representatives of Kiev also “did not agree on lists for the exchange and release of detainees.”

Earlier, the Investigative Committee of Russia opened three new cases regarding the shelling of civilian objects in the Donbass. According to the investigation, on March 20, 2020, servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military units carried out targeted fire from anti-tank grenade launchers at civilian infrastructure in the village of Trudovskaya mine.
