March 26, 2020 Pope Francis would have been subjected to a second swab for the coronavirus, after a prelate on duty at the Secretariat of State, and residing in Santa Marta, where the Pope lives, was positive. At the moment the outcome of the test is not known and the Vatican does not comment on the news, but according to some sources, checks are underway in the Casa Santa Marta itself this morning. The Italian monsignor, who tested positive, is hospitalized in Columbus, the second Covid-19 health facility in Rome.

Today was a normal day of work for the Pope.
