The Turkish Public Prosecution Office charged with premeditated and brutal murder of 20 accused in the assassination case of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi at his country's consulate in Istanbul on October 2, 2018.

The Public Prosecution accused both Saud Al-Qahtani, the advisor to the Saudi crown prince, and Ahmed Al-Asiri, the former deputy director of intelligence, for planning and stopping the murder of journalist Khashoggi.

The Istanbul Public Prosecutor's Office said on Wednesday that it had prepared an indictment against 20 suspects in the involvement in the murder of Khashoggi, explaining that the list accuses Asiri and Qahtani of "inciting intentional killing."

The Prosecutor's Office said in a statement that the list accused 18 others of carrying out the killing of Khashoggi, who was holding residency in the United States and was writing for the Washington Post.
