His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, issued Emiri Decree No. (6) for the year 2020 regarding the regulation of procedures to overcome the compulsory conditions facing the forced implementation of executive bonds, with the aim of providing the necessary support to all members of society, and alleviating the burdens imposed on them During the current situation.

The decree stipulated that, except in cases of enforcement of rulings on workers ’rights and matters of personal status, the precautionary measures taken to counter the spread of the Corona virus emerging (COFED-19) are an exceptional public accident with which the execution judge in the emirate takes the following measures: postponing the implementation of vacating the leased places for the purpose of housing, And to replace the debtor's travel outside the state with his imprisonment, to postpone the decisions to control and bring the debtors, and to stop the procedures of executive seizure of movables, real estate, stocks and bonds.

The procedures include issuing a decision to spend a monthly amount estimated by the judge from the money seized with the banks at the request of the detainee, in order to ensure that his basic needs and his family are met unless he has another source to meet them.

The decision aims to provide the necessary support to members of society, and alleviate the burdens incurred by them during the current situations.
