The executive published an updated version of this document on Tuesday evening on the website of the Ministry of the Interior. The new formula certificate takes into account the details provided the day before by Prime Minister Edouard Philippe.

Mandatory exit time
Two reasons for leaving were added: a judicial or administrative summons on the one hand, and "participation in missions of general interest at the request of the administrative authority" on the other hand. Titles have been specified. For sporting activities, family outings or the outing of pets for example, it is clearly stated in black and white that these should not exceed one hour, "within a maximum radius of one kilometer around the home" .
Consequently, the certificates must now absolutely be dated and mention the time of exit. For medical care too, the old version only mentioned "health reasons". The new certificate specifies that care must be absolutely necessary, with no possibility of postponing it or providing it from a distance.
