Chinanews Client Beijing, March 21st (Reporter Zhang Ni) The number of new confirmed cases for three consecutive days is 0. All provinces except Wuhan are low-risk areas ... As the worst-affected provinces in China, Hubei and Wuhan The effectiveness of prevention and control even made WHO evaluate it as "providing hope for the world."

Nearly two months after being “frozen”, the urban street scene in Hubei is gradually recovering the “breath of life”.

Duocheng carefully "unblocks" Hubei gradually "moves"

According to data from the National Health and Health Commission, on March 20, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 41 new confirmed cases, all of which were imported from abroad.

So far, Hubei has had 0 new confirmed cases for 3 consecutive days. With the exception of Wuhan, Hubei has had zero new confirmed cases for 16 consecutive days.

According to Hubei's prevention and control classification, except for the urban area of Wuhan, the remaining cities and counties in Hubei are already low-risk cities and counties.

The epidemic curve has been falling and falling, and Hubei has gradually "unblocked". With the restoration of public transportation and the deregulation of traffic regulations, after a long "closed" life, the people of Hubei have recently moved.

In the province, Qianjiang, Shiyan, Xiangyang, Jingzhou and other cities have achieved "unblocking". Prior to the severe outbreak, Huanggang and Xiaogan also resumed public transport operations on the 21st.

For people outside the province, Hubei is no longer a "prohibited place."

At present, Hubei has recognized the health codes of other provinces within the province. People from other provinces and Hubei have "health codes" to pass through the territory of Hubei with their "green codes".

Return to work! 120,000 migrant workers leave Hubei to return to work

When traffic starts, the first thing to guarantee is resumption of work and production.

On March 19, Ying Yong, the secretary of the Hubei Provincial Party Committee, and Wang Xiaodong, the governor, both appeared at the "off-site". Ying Yong made a special trip to Jingzhou Station to visit the sympathy representatives of migrant workers returning to Guangdong. Wang Xiaodong was also seen off by the migrant workers in the province in Yangxin County.

As a major exporter of labor services, Hubei's migrant workers leave Hubei and return to work, which is a landmark event in Hubei's orderly promotion of resumption of work and production. According to the statistics of the Hubei Provincial Human Resources and Social Affairs Department, as of March 20, about 120,000 migrant workers have left Hubei and returned to work smoothly.

In fact, the resumption of production in Hubei Province has already started. After March 11, Hubei province implemented county-level grading and differentiated prevention and control in units of counties, and enterprises resumed work and production in a time-sharing manner.

As of March 17, 7629 industrial enterprises in Hubei Province have resumed work and resumed production, with a return rate of 49.3%.

The meeting of the Standing Committee of the Hubei Provincial Party Committee held on March 20 mentioned that to speed up the movement of personnel in the province, give full play to the role of "health code", and no other obstacles can be set up. It is necessary to divide according to risk levels, zoning, classifying, time-sharing, and conditionally promoting the resumption of work and production, smoothing the flow of people, logistics, and capital, increasing the rate of returning to work, returning to work, and productivity, and gradually restoring normal economic operating order.

Urban streets are gradually recovering the "breath of life"

The effectiveness of Hubei's epidemic prevention and control is also intuitively reflected in the urban streetscape that gradually restores the "breath of life".

Walking outside the house and walking in the neighborhood is an extremely ordinary scene of life, but in the past month or so, it has been a luxury for Wuhan residents.

However, in the past two days, many Wuhan citizens have enjoyed exposing outdoor “walking photos” on the Internet.

Since the 19th, Wuhan has adjusted the control measures for non-infected communities and villages (teams) to allow residents of non-infected communities to conduct non-aggregated personal activities in batches, time periods, and buildings. Wuhan citizens can finally say goodbye to the life of “not leaving home” and go out outdoors.

On the 19th, Wuhan also made it clear that on the basis of continuing to maintain community group purchases, orderly opening up commercial outlets for residents' living materials supply. In Wuhan, if it is identified as an epidemic-free district, the commercial outlets in the district can resume normal business for individual residents of the district from 9:00 to 18:00 every day. In epidemic-free areas, one person can send one person to shop each day.

Outside Wuhan, in Yichang, Xiangyang and other places, some supermarkets have gradually reopened to individuals, and the people finally realized their desire to go shopping in the supermarket.

According to previous deployments, under the conditions of good prevention and control, low-risk areas and medium-risk areas in Hubei must open small restaurants, small convenience stores, and vegetable markets that are closely related to the lives of ordinary people.

In addition to the gradual lifting of "closing households" and the restoration of commercial outlets, some scenic spots in many cities and prefectures in Hubei have recently opened to tourists.

For ordinary people, the once familiar life is slowly returning.

Hidden dangers have not been ruled out, still not careless

Although Hubei began to "unblock" in many places, it is not yet time to completely relax.

From March 13th to 17th, there were 6 new confirmed cases from outpatient clinics in Wuhan. In the opinion of public opinion, this is undoubtedly a warning sign: the risk of community infection and nosocomial infection still exists, and the hidden dangers of the new cases have not been completely ruled out.

Li Lanjuan, a member of the high-level expert group of the National Health and Medical Commission and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, also recently analyzed that Wuhan has indeed achieved staged results, but even if the increase is zero, the epidemic prevention and control work is still not enough.

She said that there are two major issues that cannot be relaxed. First, we must pay close attention to the prevention and control of the community and the fever clinics to prevent the epidemic from "re-emerging." Second, the problem of overseas importation is very serious. Overseas new crown virus carriers and patients in incubation period may come to China at any time, which may lead to the second wave of epidemic in China. Therefore, cities must pay more attention to it. same.

For potential risks, Hubei has also adopted corresponding countermeasures.

For example, companies that include movie theaters, bars, catering, etc. on the restricted list. In principle, market entities in the restricted list shall not resume work or production until the epidemic situation is resolved.

On the 17th, the Hubei Provincial New Coronary Virus Infectious Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters issued a public notice to make arrangements for the prevention and control of new coronary pneumonia epidemics for foreigners from Hubei.

It is clear that the four categories of confirmed cases (including asymptomatic infections), suspected cases, fever patients who cannot be ruled out of infection, and close contacts among foreign people from Hubei will be classified and treated on the spot according to the prevention and control regulations. For all other foreigners from Hubei, all cities and prefectures will organize "point-to-point" return and centralized medical observation for 14 days.

The epidemic is not over yet. (Finish)
