At present, it is not allowed for Swedes, and other tourists, to fly from Kastrup. However, Swedish travelers can still land at the airport and then take the train over the Öresund Bridge.
On Saturday, a Malmöbo landed at the airport, just returning from Spain.
- Everything is closed here, I didn't think the stores would be closed. It's unusual to see Kastrup empty on a Saturday, when there are usually so many people here, says Malmöbon, who filmed the video above.
Kastrup is Scandinavia's largest airport and over 30 million passengers crossed the terminals in 2019.
