One of the most important advice psychologists give to people who feel anxious is to seek human contact. But at the same time, the public has been invited to isolate themselves from the outside world, which leads to a difficulty, says psychologist Anna Norlén.

- It is a big challenge, the usual council otherwise is to seek social support. Now we need to find other ways to find contact with each other, but we have plenty of technology for that, says Anna Norlén.
