The Saudi-led forces supporting the Legitimacy Coalition in Yemen destroyed two booby-trapped boats remotely launched by the Houthis from Al-Hodeidah Governorate yesterday, while the Yemeni army managed to thwart an attempt to storm the city of Marib from various axes, including the Al-Bayda axis.

In detail, the Arab Coalition Forces in Support of Legitimacy in Yemen announced yesterday that they were able to destroy two booby-trapped boats and two remote launches, fired by Houthi militias from Hodeidah governorate towards international navigation in the Red Sea.

A spokesman for the coalition forces in Yemen, Colonel Turki al-Maliki, said that "the two boats were damaged and destroyed, as they were a threat to regional and international security, and the means of maritime transport and international trade in the Bab al-Mandab strait and the southern Red Sea."

The spokesman also stated that “the terrorist Houthi militias take from Al Hudaydah Governorate a place to launch ballistic missiles, drones, booby-trapped and remote boats, and random sea deployments, in flagrant violation of international humanitarian law, as well as violating the provisions of the Stockholm Agreement and the Ceasefire Agreement in Hodeidah , As the number of booby-trapped and distant boats that were detected and destroyed reached 46, and the number of naval mines discovered and destroyed was 153 ».

Al-Maliki stressed that "the joint coalition forces command continues to implement strict and deterrent measures against these militias, and to neutralize and destroy such capabilities that threaten regional and international security."

On the other hand, Yemeni military sources in Marib Governorate confirmed that the army forces, backed by the Arab alliance, were able to drive the Houthi militias from several locations on the outskirts of the market town of Sarwah, west of the governorate, yesterday.

She noted that the army was able to repel the Houthi attack towards the vicinity of Kovel camp, and continued to advance towards the Houthi positions in the center of the Sirwah district, achieving continuous victories on the western Ma'rib fronts, including the narcotic fronts and Hailan.

The sources confirmed that the army forces were able to capture 30 Houthis in the recent battles that took place on these fronts.

On the other hand, the Houthi militias continued their breaches and daily violations of the armistice and the ceasefire, and yesterday morning bombed residential neighborhoods in the city of Hays, south of Hodeidah, indiscriminately and hysterically, creating a state of terror, fear and panic among civilians, especially children and women.

In Al-Bayda, the Qaniya front witnessed violent confrontations between the army and the militias, after the latter's attempt to open a new front towards Marib from Al-Bayda, which came in conjunction with the outbreak of confrontations between the army and the Houthis on the fronts of Sarwah and Mazrar, all aiming to topple the city of Marib.

On the other hand, the army artillery in the Behan axis - Al-Malajim, demolished the Houthi positions in the Fadhah area in the Al-Malajam district, focusing on “Jabal Deir” on the outskirts of the Nata district, which led to the destruction of Houthi vehicles and fortifications in the area.

In Al-Dhalea, confrontations continued between the Yemeni joint forces and militias on the fronts of the vicinity of al-Jab and Battar, in which the two sides used types of weapons, which led to the destruction of vehicles, and deaths on both sides.
