Going out of Belgium to prevent outbreak of new coronavirus infection March 18 7:15

The Belgian government has announced that it will restrict outings from the 18th as a measure to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus.

Outings are restricted from noon on the 18th of local time to 5th of next month, meaning that you are only allowed to go to grocery stores, pharmacies, banks and post offices.

In Belgium, all schools have been closed this week and restaurants have been closed.

Also, due to a sharp drop in demand, the Belgian airline Brussels Airlines has announced that it will stop operating all flights for approximately one month from 21 this month to 19 next month.

To date, 1243 people have been infected with the new coronavirus in Belgium and 10 people have died in Belgium.
