The 11th and 7 trillion won Corona 19 Chukyungan passed the National Assembly yesterday (17th). The ROK and the Republic of Korea reduced the budget related to Corona19, including the budget of 300 billion won to improve power efficiency, while maintaining the scale of the budget submitted by the government, and instead increased the subsidies to Daegu and Gyeongbuk.

Initially, the grant was decided from 600 billion won to 1.6 trillion won and 1 trillion won.

For small self-employed people, they decided to cut taxes more than the government's original bill.

We raised the exemption from VAT, which was applied only to self-employed persons with annual sales of less than 30 million won, to an annual sales of less than 48 million won.

If a restaurant with annual sales of 48 million won paid VAT of 480,000 won last year, it would be exempted from VAT by passing the supplementary plan.

In the case of annual sales of less than 80 million won, a portion of the VAT is reduced.

116,000 small self-employed persons are exempted from 300,000 won to 1.2 million won.

In addition to supporting VAT, the credit card income deduction rate will be doubled temporarily until June, and when purchasing a car, the individual consumption tax will be reduced by 70%.

In addition, a resolution to prevent the spread of Corona 19, which included refraining from political campaigns and urged to revitalize telecommuting, passed the plenary session by agreement.
