The United States conducted the first test of the new Corona Virus vaccine today, Monday, the Associated Press reported.
The agency said that researchers had injected the first experimental vaccine, the Corona virus, into the body of an operations manager at a small technical company.
She added that 3 other volunteers received the experimental vaccine today, noting that the test will be conducted on 45 volunteers and two doses will be given each month separately.
The Associated Press said that scientists at the Kaiser Institute for Health Research in Seattle began a study in its first phase of a possible vaccine for "COVID-19", which was developed in record time after the outbreak of the emerging virus from China and spread across the globe.
"We are the Corona Virus Team now ... Everyone wants to do what they can in this emergency situation," said Dr. Lisa Jackson, Chair of the Kaiser Permanent Study.
