The Personal Status Court in Ras Al-Khaimah ruled that the marriage contract of Khaleej Khaleej should be annulled and proof of custody of her four children, and the husband (Khaleeji) will be awarded 10,000 dirhams for the cost of the two feasts for his children, and he will be required to pay the expenses and attorneys fees, because of his beating and insulting her.

According to the lawsuit, the defendant has many problems with the plaintiff and subjected her to beating, insulting and not spending on her and her children, and that she has prejudiced throughout the past years for the sake of her children and her home, but the defendant continued to beat and insult her and disrespect him and did not provide her and her children with adequate housing and did not commit By paying the rent, they were evicted from the house, until the marital ten between them became impossible.

The lawsuit newspaper stated that it was not possible to reconcile between the two parties in the Department of Family Guidance and Reform, due to the intransigence of the husband and his refusal to attend to settle the matter, which prompted the claimant to file a lawsuit before the Personal Status Court to obtain her right to divorce by mutual consent and to terminate the marriage contract.

She added, that the plaintiff asked to be deposed according to the law and Sharia, as she was beaten, insulted, and not spending on her, and she prejudiced herself for the sake of her children, and also requested the custody of her children in accordance with Article 114 of the Personal Status Law, which stipulates that a woman is free from a foreign husband. She pointed out that the presence of permanent cruelty by the defendant and his lack of consideration of the needs of his children and refrain from spending on them all prompted the plaintiff to adhere to and continue their custody, according to the Personal Status Law which states that the maintenance of the young boy who has no money on his father until the girl marries and arrives The boy to the extent that he acquires his likes, unless a student of knowledge continues to study successfully.

The lawyer demanded that the plaintiff, Hanan Al-Bayed, before the Personal Status Court, divorce the defendant from the defendant in exchange for giving up all her legal rights, and a ruling to prove custody of her four children and obliging the defendant to pay 10,000 dirhams for the two days, and to compel him to pay fees, expenses, and attorney fees.
